Terms
We expect to process your order within 21 days from the date we receive it, but if we fail to do this please let us know. Any cheques, postal orders or money orders should be made payable to Ironclad Miniatures and in sterling. Payments are required with the orders.
Returns
We try to ensure that all products are checked before packing and are reasonably packaged. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the goods please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods.
All products returned other than faulty are returned at the cost of the customer, all faulty products are returned at our cost. We will offer an option to exchange products if they are faulty on delivery and we are notified within ten days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged and sent back to us as soon as possible.
This does not affect your statuary rights.
